Tip #12 - Take the 30 day challenge

In last weeks’ blog, I explained why gluten was evil and why you should eliminate it. Of course, plenty of people disagreed. So here’s what I recommend for any health related blog that I or any other expert recommends…
I say this to everyone that’s beginning his or her journey to take my 30-day challenge. Which is restraining for 30 days without any lactose or sugar.
After the 30 days, if you feel like introducing one of the above, then you can. BUT I guarantee that you will have symptoms: diarrhoea, constipation, sinus, skin irritations, energy slumps, sore throat, phlegm, and the list goes on.
You see, our bodies are not created to digest lactose or sugars. Before you disagree, take the 30-day challenge for yourself and reintroduce it slowly.
The BEST way to judge if something is right for you is to try it and listen to your body.
