I ran my first ever half-marathon and got my bikini-body back after personal training!
After an indulgent few years overseas, I needed help getting back on track with my fitness and ‘bikini-ready’ for an Aussie summer on the Gold Coast.
My biggest obstacle was getting motivated, but the personal trainers got me out of bed and exercising in a fun and energizing environment. No two sessions were the same so there was no risk of getting bored which is important for me.
I also joined the run club and was inspired to tick something off my bucket list - running the Gold Coast half marathon! We had a tight-knit group and I looked forward to seeing everyone each week. Our personal trainer was amazing and I would not have been prepared for the half marathon if it wasn’t for the personal attention to my individual training program. It really meant a lot that Pete was there on race day to support all of his P1 runners from the sideline.
Massive thanks to Pete, Nicole and the entire Priority 1 Fitness team on the Gold Coast for helping me achieve my goals and feel great about my body again!
